NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Bushwick, located on 815 Broadway in Brooklyn. The goal of this Center is to provide outpatient services to patients at high risk of contracting Covid-19, as well as short- and long-term follow-up care for those recovering from the disease. Preliminary evidence links Covid-19 to potential heart damage, lung injuries, blood clots, and mental health conditions. Gotham Health expects this Center will address these issues when open in December.

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Active, unrestricted NYS License
• Active DEA Waiver
• Active X-Waiver preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team setting
• Familiarity with high-risk patients and cultural sensitivity in community settings

The annual base salary listed complies with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The annual base salary listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses/incentive compensation or benefits. Actual total compensation depends on many factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, and historical collections.

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $236,900* (board eligible); $247,200* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $364,590** (board eligible) and $375,920** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $104,000. 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):

• Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
• After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.

Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement. Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days. Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top-tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates. Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Coverage: Equal to 2x your salary (up to a maximum of $300,000) provided at no cost to you.

Loan Forgiveness: Position may be eligible for loan forgiveness through certain state or federal programs.
