Members of NYC Care are able to get services at any NYC Health + Hospitals patient care location in the five boroughs, including 7 hospitals partnered with PAGNY. By working closely with community based-organizations, NYC Care also ensures that members can access regular health care, providers, and medical services in their own communities.
