PAGNY wants to thank the TD Charitable Foundation, the charitable giving arm of TD Bank, for their funding of A Mother’s Heart (AMH) program in maternal fetal medicine initiated by PAGNY’s Dr. Kecia Gaither at H+H/Lincoln. AMH aims to prevent at-risk pregnant women in the South Bronx from developing cardiovascular disease—the #1 cause of death for women of color in the US. TD’s support will fund essential at-home monitoring devices for blood pressure and glucose levels and provide Greenmarket food vouchers.
