Our generous compensation and robust benefits mean you don't have to choose between meaningful work and financial security.

“I am constantly hearing from colleagues at other non-PAGNY institutions about how robust and extensive our fringe benefits are compared to their own. In particular, our health care plan is incredibly generous, covering necessities that most plans nationally omit. And our 401k plan, with its 10% employer contribution and excellent low-cost options, makes saving for retirement easy and feasible. PAGNY’s offering of top of the class benefits helps us attract and retain top notch staff.”
